Influenced by an earlier model of physical education once offered in the American school systems, FusBoxe endeavors to combine the models of general and specific fitness training.

FusBoxe Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Gym has sought to create a community of like-minded people, also known as the Tribe, that support one another as they strive to meet their individual goals. These goals may include weight loss, muscle gains, martial arts expertise, and competition training. The Tribe works together to encourage and push one another during training.

FusBoxe is home to the Body of Armor (BOA) training program. BOA is a high-intensity, functional movement and martial arts/combat training program.   BOA athletes train in Olympic lifting, grappling and kickboxing techniques. They see significant gains in strength, skill and body composition.

FusBoxe welcomes and encourages families to develop a healthy family culture by offering a variety of children’s classes and training opportunities that run concurrent with the BOA program. We offer training for children in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Sambo, Boxing, Wrestling and Weight Lifiting.

FusBoxe raises up and encourages athletes to test their skill in competitive arenas. Our athletes compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No Gi Grappling, Sambo, Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai and BOA events.
