HV-10 High Velocity 10 Point Combat System
HV-10 is the worlds fastest learned and fastest to effective hand to hand, self defense, and rape defense system.
HV-10 was originally designed for American Special Forces Teams to help insure their combat survival.
The idea of this system is to enable a practitioner to become effective within hours and without continuous training.
HV-10 has an entirely unique method of employment; more unique than any other system in the world!
With HV-10, a woman is often able to create the same amount of striking power as a man equal her size within the first learning session!
HV-10 Order of Learning
As based upon reality and research the type of person who takes a course such as HV-10 is often more passive than aggressive.
In conflict with two untrained people, the more aggressive combatant more often than not wins. This probability is seen in street
conflicts and in ring combat. HV-10 is designed to allow a less aggressive defender to make up for a lack of aggressive nature with startling power.
HV-10 Level 1 Stage 1 focuses male and female training from the worst foreseeable position, on the bottom bad guy on top.
We teach 2 to 3 simple escapes in an effort to find 1 escape works for each individual.
HV-10 Level 1 Stage 2 focuses male and female training on the assessment of threat and appropriate secondary action after the escape,
ultimately learning 2 or 3 finishing movements to end the conflict.
HV-10 Level 1 Stage 3 focuses male and female training on turning a standing defense into a standing powerful and formidable offence.
This is the stage where every one learns how to strike as hard as a person who has trained for years. Stage 3 level 1 focuses on hand
movement since legs require less training and naturally possess greater power. This is the area we begin to respond to weapons
such as knives, guns and sticks.
HV-10 Level 1 Stage 3 focuses male and female training on power kicks to specific key targets on the human body.
HV-10 Level 1 Stage 4 focuses male and female training on tying all level 1 tactics together into a working package.
This is the proving stage of level 1; all participants will be tested to ensure defense quality and clear messages
given by HV-10 instructors.
Level 1 covers defenses for the following attack positions:
01. Attack from behind
02. Attack from side
03. Attack from front
04. Headlock
05. Bear hug
06. Wrist grab
07. Leg dragging
08. Hair pull
09. Forceful striking
10. Forceful kicking
11. From you're back with attacker sitting on chest or stomach
12. From you're stomach with attacker sitting on your back
13. Defense from disrobing
14. Situation cognoscente's
15. Knife defense and use
16. Weapon defense and use
17. Gun defense
